We want to be honest with you and you do not like surprises either.  Circumstances occur in international trading.  Please read carefully and proceed accordingly.

Customs

While we do not see customs as an issue in most cases, we cannot guarantee your order will not be held by your specific customs.  So we will not be responsible for any loss it may cause.

But is the package is rejected by your customs and returned to us, we will refund you the product cost.

Taxes

Any additional duties and taxes assessed by your customs as the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping method

We ship with different postal mails ranging from first class, priority to express mail.  First class mail is the cheapeast but it does not provide tracking on package and has the longest delivery time.  Priority flat rate envelope has a modest cost, provides tracking, and delivers faster.  Express mail is the most expensive but is the fastest with full tracking.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is applied to all international orders.  Please choose the shipping method that best suits your need.

Delivery time

Upon completion of your order, we will ship your items within one business day along with necessary customs form.  It may take anything from 1 week to a couple of months for the package to reach you, depending on shipping method, customs inspection, the country of your residence and sometimes luck.  There is no need to contact us while the delivery is running its own course as we have no way to intervene.

Product Restriction

Please notice that we do not ship bulk herbs or single herb extract bottles to any international address.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order provided that the order has not yet been shipped.  However, you can return items for a refund on product cost.  Shipping charge is not refundable in any case.
